Looking for Turkey regulations

Hi all,

I am looking for the aviation regulations for Turkey, especially any flight & duty limits and other aspects of commercial operations there. Any help would be appreciated.

Turkey basically follows J.A.R. procedures for flight and duty limits, flight crew licences also are J.A.R. compliant.

Thanks for the information.

I am not a European, so I am not familiar with the J.A.R. duty requirements. Is there an official Turkish document I can refer to? I thought the duty requirements in Europe were still down to each country. I am looking helicopter and fixed wing limits.
