Couple of questions for Hawker 800 drivers.
1. When in the cruise to set MCT what temperature reading do you use ? The dial indicator (IOAT) or the SAT from the FMS.
2. On take off, do you set the N1 ref or do you advance the levers fully forward and take what you get ?
