Question 737NG - DME audio idents

Quick question for you 737NG drivers - can you monitor the audio idents from the DME receivers via the ACP? If, so is this controlled through the Nav1/2 selector/volume?

Thanks,

GY

Yes

Yes

Additionally, the NG displays decoded morse code as text on PND next to the frequency.

Slightly off-topic, but I've noticed sometimes the 3 letter ident is small, but becomes larger in size. I could look it up.. but that would involve getting the manuals out! Cheers

Medium size means that VOR signals are being received. Small font size means only DME signals being received.

Cheers
