change the minimun level off

hi all,
in our company we have as standard a minimun level off at 1000. I would like to know: what is the effect on the performance with a lover level level off height?

Are you talking ENG OUT? If so you can lower it to 400 feet with a resulting increase in takeoff weight especially if you are limited to 5 mins takeoff thrust.
