NG Air/con ineffective ?

We have a fleet of NGs ( mostly 800s , a couple of 700s ) operating in a high temp / high humidity environment ( at this time of year ) and it is very noticeable on entering the flight deck that 3 of our aircraft ( 800s this is - the 700s are always crap ) are not removing the moisture from the air as the others do very well . The engineers insist that nothing is wrong .
Does anybody know what the likely cause could be ? 2 of the aircraft seem to have very low flow through gaspers etc. Is it ducting . or are there filters to be cleaned ?
