brake check on 320

hi, as far as i know in the sop just before you start your taxi you check your brakes and this check consist on verify that the normal braking has taken over when parking brake is off and thus the both brake yellow pressure remain at zero when you press the pedals ok, my question is related on the new 320 a far as I know airbus do some improvement on the valve wich do the change of hidraulics and I would like to know if is still necesary to check that presure on this gauges remains at zero

On the new A320 alternate brake check at the gate and pressure zero on the triple indicator with the brake check on taxi out is not required anymore as per Airbus SOP, however in our company SOP we still do it, as we have an older model aircraft still left in the fleet.

Same with my company. Bottom line, it never hurts to check.
