Wink Flare aiming point A320

Which is better during flare and during take off to pick a point at the end of the runway or to pick a point fairly ahead of the aircraft nose. (I am talking here about the line of sight point)

well some falks say it is better to look at the end of ther runway during flare, it gives you more awarness towards pitch movement.

Shift your eyes around a bit, especially as you close in on the runway; try to identify objects of fairly consistent size (buildings, cars, rubber stains, light fixtures etc, and shift your view between close and far. In general, if you look predominantly too far down the runway, you will tend to flare late; if you look predominantly too close to the nose, you will tend to flare early. Don't fixate
