who knows where is the rwy slope mention (if any) in the jeppesen documentation ?

Runway slope information can normally be found on the airport runway diagram chart (10-9) and it will be shown as the respective runway end elevations, in feet/MSL.
There is a table in the 'Tables and Codes' section to convert to runway slope, IE: percent.

Not part of your Jepps. I know but you may have the information available to you as part of your take-off analysis off the same runway. Worth a look.
