Thumbs up 'bus 319 series grinding noise

Hi

new to this forum, I'm frequent SLF with an unhealthy interest in aviation

on most Airbus 319/320 and possibly others i have flown on, what is that god awful grinding noise that comes from lower 1/2 of the fuselarge, usually while taxing out and in?, it sounds like someone taking a hacksaw to the bodywork?

thanks in advance of your replies
