Instrument Procedure Design / ICAO PANS OPS

Hi Guys - Im a pilot interested in learning more about procedure design, with the possibility of chasing some work in the area in the future.

Does anyone know of any courses recognised by the big authorities ? FAA/JAA/CAA ?

What is the likelyhood of freelance or part time work in the industry ?

Cheers.
