OCA question

At my home base, due to cranes, a NOTAM has been published with revised OCA's for several different approaches. My question is:
If an OCA is published which is higher than DA, ( ILS Cat I ), do we need to increase such DA to match the revised OCA ?????

Yeah obviously. As by law the DA/H can't be lower than the OCA/H.
