Having trouble trying to decode this from an airport diagram,

Opr HS or O/R

Does anybody know what these mean.

HS = during hours of scheduled operations
O/R = on request

Jepp is my friend but I dont have access to an online version in my nightstop hotel where I am doing some study.

You would be amazed at how many variations there are for the same abbreviation from various countries.
