Surely people will need to know a few more details than that!?
Which routes to be flown and how often? Payload? Are you including crew and insurance in those figures?
Landing fees? Parking fees? Navigation charges? Handling agents' fees?

You already asked that question in the Cargo Forum, why ask again?
If you dont actually know how to calculate the costs for YOUR operation, then one should actually question the logic of trying to operate the aircraft in the first place

Your estimated aircraft value is subject to such a drastic variable given TT, Maintenance Check status and engine TT. Often in older airframes fresh overhauled engines are worth way more than the airframe is and a dreaded "D" check on an aging airframe such as a 747 classic can cost approx. 1/2 the value you quoted.

Consultants
People who speciaize in operatimg cost estimates are consutants.
Not exactly inexpensive data and information.
You try to get info worth $$$ for free on Pprune...
Typical rates might be US$3,000 per week, or $10,000 per month/30 days, full time.
For that price you get operating costs computed to the nearest penny.
But you need to inform that consultant of full details of intended operations.
"How much is a 747-200F/CF6 per hour" is unsufficient data.
