Noise Abatement A3XX At LHR

Hello All
Just a quick question,

What would the THR RED/ACC heights be for say a a320 out of LHR i know ba use THR RED at 1000AGL flaps 4000 but unsure if a airbus would follow this same preced

At my previous airline when I used to fly out of LHR, we used company SOP thrust reduction at 1500'AGL, two engine Accel alt at 3000' AGL (A320).

FWIW I believe Airbus state combined Thrust reduction/Accel at 1500AGL standard for their generic TR training (I did an 'Airbus' A320 TR)
