Minimum equipment for IFR in contorlled airspace

Hello folks - anybody point me in the right direction for where I can find out what the minimum equipment required for IFR flight in controlled airspace is.

I assume for the UK; try Schedule 5 of the Air Navigation Order, available as CAP 393 (p209) on the CAA website.

Only radio equipment requirements are in Schedule 5, other equipment requirements (including instruments) in Schedule 4.
