Folks.. .I'm trying to find cockpit and airplane configuration information on either Cathay or Air France 747-400ERF's... (Freighter version of the -400)

For example

1. Do they have AUX tanks and HST's?
2. A4 Printer?
3. Autobrake selector on pedestal?
4. APU Static Inverter?
5. Towing Static Inverter?
6. ISFD with BCRS?
7. Crosshair type Flight Directors?
8. ELT switch (red flap type or guarded switch type)?
9. Rudder Trim CTR switch?
10. LDG ALT pushbutton type selector (rather than the single/pull type)?
11. Rad Alt readout in centre of PFD?
12. (Edit) Tyre Pressure indications on GEAR Synoptic?
13. Taxy Light switch?
14. Auto WAI & NAI?
15. Single Autostart switch?
16. Weight & Balance System?

(helping a friend with a simulator project and my usual sources are coming up empty handed)

1. All fuel tanks the same minus HST's
2. Yes A4
3. Centre left aft aisle stand
4. and 5. not sure however I image it's the same as the 747-400
6. Yes to ISFD with BCRS capability
7. Yes
8. Guarded switch type
9. Nope
10. Single pull-on type
11. RAD alt in same place as 747-400 (upper right of PFD)
12. Just temps displayed
13. No taxi light switch
14. Yes
15. Yes
16. Not sure
