Flex Or Toga

Flex Or Toga

for a 320 drivers is it allowed a flex take off after de icing or you have to go toga even if the runway is not contaminated?
i couldn't find anything so i belive that flex is allowed!

I'm pretty sure that if runway is dry, or its wet and temp is above 10 C you don't have to use TOGA.

Say that the OAT is -4C are you still allowed to go with FLEX?
Same with the bigger bus models?

Actually, sorry, thinking about it, if the runway is not contaminated then you can go FLEX unless there is any other specific restriction (ie. particular airport).
If the aircraft has been de-iced then you can use FLEX, there is no restriction there. I mean, if the aircraft was de-iced at 6am, and your flight left in sunny weather with a dry runway at 7am you can use FLEX.
