A320 and 737NG Type rating

I was recently told that a german airline, has its pilots type rated on both types and that they do fly both airplanes.

Is this true, does anyone know which airline that is?

Can it be done under JAA/EASA?

regards,

Yes, it is possible. You can find the regs under EU-OPS chapter:

OPS 1.980
Operation on more than one type or variant
(Also See Appendix 1 to OPS 1.980)

Yes, you fly 320 on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays...
You do the 737 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
On Sunday, go to church, then enjoy a beer.

Happy contrails
