Learning to use FMS

I am currently trying to get my head around the (Lear Siegler?) FMS used on B737NG. Are there any interactive study guides online worth looking at ?

Theres not really a lot of information regarding the FMC that is available for free. I think I saw a video on youtube once that was sort of a tutorial.

I have some Honeywell and UNS FMS manuals...find out which model and let me know..
