A320 ovhd pnl blue + marking

Hi there, does anyone know the reason for the small + blue marking on the each section of overhead panel in A320 or Airbus family?

yes .it is where the electrical connections are for backlighting the panel....
i.e if panel not lighting push the blue +.


boeings also have it on all there panels in flight deck..

I don't work on 320's but here's a picture I have of a 330, I've added a couple of arrows.
