The cockpit of Tu-154M

Hi!
I´m new here, I really like the Tupolev Tu-154M (had never flown one). I have some questions about this plane. That I hope a Tu-154M pilot can answer.
How is the cockpit? Do you like it?
How long is take-off distance for this plane?

Well, I've never flown a -154M, but have about 10TT in a 154-B2. I liked the cockpit fine. As for T/O roll length, I don't have any charts in front of me, but I seem to recall both of my takeoffs were well within 4,000 feet.
