Can anyone point me at a document that describes what can be done in aircraft with each of the new EASA "Cs of A" and permits?

Specifically, I'm interested in the requirements for 4 specific cases:

• instructing a sole owner
• instructing a syndicate member
• instructing someone who does not have an interest in the aircraft but where they are only paying for the variable costs
• instructing someone who is paying to hire the aircraft under a commercial arrangement

I've tried some searches in the ANO but without success, and ORS4-680 doesn't help.
