RPM at 100% N1 for GE90-115BL

Does anyone know what the numerical RPM value is at 100% N1 on the GE90-115BL on the B777-300ER.

Need to settle a pub discussion...Anyone....?

I'm guessing 4000-5000 RPM.

Next round is on you

RPM at N1 100% is 2355 rpm

Not sure about the exact N1 fan diameter, but 4-5000 rpm would
probably make the GE90 N1 fan tip exceed the speed of sound.

Thanks XPMorten! Yeah, on further reflection, my guess was too high considering the fan diameter.

Thanks for the cool website with all the information, as well.

All the best!
