how to find approach chart on demand

Hi to all,

I need an urgent way to find of course paying, ifr approach chart (jeppesen or aip) about romanian airports by download.

Does anyone knows if is there a service like that?

The EAD has the Romanian AIP (including plates) and is free (as in beer, not as in freedom).
