Holding time at LHR ?

Hi folks,
As I am due to start operating from this place shortly can someone give me the low down on how much holding I can expect at different times of the day ?

Thanks,

Too varied but....

No delay means upto 20 mins holding.

Best to have a good 40 minutes worth of hold fuel in hand I'd say.
