Low Vis Take Off Minima JFK??

Can anyone shed some light on the terminology used for T/O minima for 3/4 engine aircraft in the USA, at JFK in particular.

Its says:

'CL and RCLM, any RVR out, other two req'
TDZ 6
MID 6
ROLLOUT 6

And for 'adequate vis ref' for 1600ft or 1/4sm.

Am I right in thinking this is a requirement for 6 lights to be seem should one RVR be not published, and the lowest T/O minima are 16 or 1/4sm. Not very clear.

Any bright sparks out there who can help.......I have a sim coming up and need clarification.

I think you will find that the 6 means 600 feet at each of the transmissometer positions.
