Smile F/D command bars on the B737 EFIS on the take off roll

Why do the command bars call for 10 degrees nose down after pressing TO/GA during takeoff?

Thanks DW

because attitude controls airspeed and power rate of descent, therefore, to accelerate down the runway one has to lower the nose.
