Cruise CG on B737NG (What's your SOP?)

Hi fellow pilots.

What is your company SOP?
What CRUISE CG are you entering on PERF INIT page?

We substract 4 from TAKEOFF CG and use this as CRUISE CG. (CG shift as the fuel is burned off)

Your coments are appreciated.

We leave it at 5%.

On -800 do not operate above optimum FL, -700 no more than 500 feet above optimum(and not above max obvously).
