A320 Go-Around and requesting Nav or Hdg

Is it MANDATORY for the PF to call for Nav or Hdg on the Go-Around. I checked the Go-around in the Fcom vol 3 and it just states to reselect. It does not state to call for it. Also in the QRH it is on the PNF side of the checklist and again does not state the you call for it. So I presumed that as PNF that you just selected it without being told. I do understand that some companies will have SOP to say the PF calls for it.

Manual flight, you call for it.
A/P ON, you do it.

Wouldn't recommend doing anything automatically unless it's specifically outlined in your SOP, no need to make things harder than they need to be. If you aren't sure, make it known during the aproach brief.
