I've wondered that myself---the electronic CFR-14 is too cumbersome to print---
I think this is so you pay the money---generally if you want to purchase them from a pilot shop the 'basic FARs' give pts 43/61/91/119/135
If you need other parts i.e 25/23 I think may you have to contact the govt printing office or just use the 'e-CFRS'
It would be nice if someone provides a link---

Get the pro flight library by summit publications. You can order it from ASA. It's about eighty bucks... every FAA publication on one disc. Same one the FAA uses, in fact. It's searchable, printable, and you don't have to carry any paper.

This is a rather long link, but it works. Once there, you select what grouping you'd like and then the specific FAR Part. Happy reading.
