73NG Fuel PUMP

I notice in the latest revision of the Boeing manual the limitation for having the fuelcrossfeed closed for Takeoff/landing has been removed. Is this because in theory with all four main pumps on, the pressure should be similar that if the xfeed is open that the imbalance should only very minor?
Just curious...
