319 A/Thr after speedbrake use
Wonder if anyone can help me...
On our 319s when flying an approach, if speedbrake has been used, the autothrust tries to maintain selected speed +5 kts. No big deal, just select 5 kts less or disengage and rengage the A/Thr.
Also operate the 320 and 321 and this seems to be 319 specific. Any idea why it adds 5 knots and why it only does it on the 319?
Cheers

Not sure exactly why it does it, but assume it's some sort of extra protection with the 319. (Does the 318 do it?)
If you leave it in managed, the extra 5-10kts does 'wash-out' in the last 1000ft of the approach.
