rule regarding flight crew occupying cockpit seat

For long hual flight, is there any rules mention that at lease one pilot that occupying the flight crew seat must have ATPL. Aircraft B777ER.Thanks.

G'day Bungfai,

In the company I work for all long haul front seat pilots hold an ATPL, Captains and F/Os. Additionally, F/Os must have a command endorsement to legally relieve the Captain on long sectors.

Thank you so much,and I need to have some reference to show to my folks here. We use only CPL pilot to relief Captain PIC duty and both pilots that occupying pilot seats need only holding CPL during cruise.
