Boeing 747 200 On Top Gear

I have been watching the T.V. programme, Top Gear which I understand is filmed at Dunsfold and there is this unusual 747 there with twin engines on one pod per wing. This Aircraft was also used in a Volkswagen ad. Can anyone tell me what this aircraft is about.
Thanks and apoligies if this is the wrong section.

It was altered simply as a film prop for the New James Bond Movie and used as the new airliner design that the bad guy tries to crash a tanker into......

Its not airworthy or anything like that.

It's 747-236B MSN 21831/440, Delivered to BA as G-BDXJ , who then passed it onto European Air Charter and then Air Atlanta with whom it stayed until being transformed into it's current state
