737 Spoiler Actuator problems

There seems to be a problem with new delivery 'short field NGs' spoiler actuator system. I have heard of a roll control incident at FR recently that seems quite strange and I was wondering does anyone else have similar stories? Scenarios like spoilers sticking after a turn or uncommanded roll, AP dropouts etc.. I am hoping that existing spoiler actuators dont have issues!

There is a AD on 737 NG Spoilers at the moment, it is however l believe only the short field model used by GOL.
So FR will not be effected by this problem.
