Most reliable engines

Out of interest which jet or turbofan gives the least problems,as well as the best performance in its class in mid size to large aircraft. Some rate GE some P&W and some RR .What about the V2500 ? Does spool up speed rate as important etc.If any one has some preferences it would be nice to hear.

For many years CF6-80C2 had the lowest IFSD rate in the industry, but I don't have current statistics.
