South Africa to Aussie

Hello,
I have a upcoming trip in a GV from South Africa to Australia. The optimum route takes me as far south as S45 which is aparently off any published chart by jeppesen. Does anyone know where I can get a chart for the southern indian ocean?

Jepp do have an Indian Ocean Plotting Chart that will cover your operation.

There's a very good chance an optimum eastbound track will be further south than 45S
