RNAV performance on STAR or SID in B737/200

I´m wondering if I can fly a RNAV star or sid procedure if I have an old aeroplane like B737/200, with only one GPS and this one can NOT operate with the autopilot, so I have to fly this procedure with my own hands because the autopilot is SP-77, it´s a basic autopilot. Besides I want to know if I can fly this procedures without autopilot anyway, and if so, I want to know where I can find this regulation on ICAO or FAR. THANKS.
