A320 Fuel X Feed

Can you crossfeed fuel from the failed engine side,to the live engine side, with the fuel pumps off on the failed side?

eg no 1 engine failure, and you have an ECAM FUEL (L) TK PUMP 1+2 LO PR. which asks for the pumps to be turned off on the left fuel tank.

You could, but only by gravity as running pumps on one side would prevent any fuel x-feeding on from the tank with the failed pumps.

So you switch off all Wing Tank Pumps and take a look at FUEL GRVTY FUEL FEEDING, it's all in there.
