similarities between q300 and q400

Hi,

What are the differences between the (Bombardier/De Havilland Dash8) q300 and q400? Beside the EFIS cockpit.
Also if someone has got the FCOM for the Q400 would you mind PM me? I've only found training material for the Q300, and thats why.
