Airbus stall in normal law

I'm wondering if an Airbus can ever stall in normal law under the following conditions (considering that the alpha floor function is available down to 100feet RA on approach):

-Thrust lever to idle at any RA below 100feet
-V/S = 0

Thanks!

Below 100ft RA if you hold full back sidestick deflection with thrust idle, you will first get alpha prot, which you will over-ride; then it will stay at alpha max until you strike the tail!

In windshear conditions. It can stall like any other aircraft. It will however offer more protection than conventional aircraft.

Check six
