A320 ECAM question

hello...

which are the cases the pilot should not follow the ecam ...or i mean ...go for the paper checklist instead of the ecam ?

like...dual engine failure...

any other failure(s) ?

your companys .....SOP....they are all different....

Most ecam "actions" have backup QRH references....

If you fly the airbus....you need to be familiar with these......

ADR 1+2+3 Fault (if it's any 2, better check overhead to make sure it's not 3!!)

In our company we go to paper checklist and not following the ECAM for the followings:

Dual engine failure with fuel remaining

Dual engine failure without fuel remaining

Smoke removal

Dual FMGCs

I DEFINATELY agree with mchdu...those are the Big 3 that were beaten into me during training.
