If you are working for a carrier that operates A320s, they should have a current copy of the FCTM. There aren't any public online sources for the document (as far as I know).

Hi all
The A320 FCTM is the 1998 version..but i have an IMHO interresting and useful failure videos..TAP Air Portugal(i think) filmed the actual failures in the sim and showed how are the crew dealing with it
if anyone is interrested and knows of a way to send them as e-mails i am welcome to suggestions so that it would be available for all
