NEW FAA ILS critical area rules

I just heard that the FAA ATC is doing something different with keeping ILS critical areas clear...does anyone know about this and wish to post?

it is very sad that the FAA, instead of doing the right thing, just hands off another responsibility to pilots and lotsa luck

Are you talking about POFZ Precision Obstacle Free Zones?

- new requirement for arpt's near Aprch ends and DER see the AIM for more luscious facts
