Nav kit to comply with RNAV STARS/SIDS

Can anyone tell me what the minimum standard of nav kit is required to legally conduct RNAV arrivals and departures and also what the source document is. Thanks.

It's JAA TGL 10. You can get it from Eurocontrol's web site. Look under P-RNAV.
