Any Thoughts On How Do We Determine At Which Oint A Certain Payload Is No Longer Suitable For A Given Runway

From: various places .....
The simple answer is that the payload follows from the RTOW which follows from an AFM analysis of the escape path.

.. but I suspect that you are after something different ?
