A380 Noise Levels

Does anyone have the A380 certified noise levels? The FAA and EASA has sealed them which is fueling rumors they did not get levels low enough to obtain QC2 status at Heathrow.

QC2 for departure, QC0.5 on arrival. Confirm QC 0.5 on arrival.
