VMCA vs Pressure Alt.

Could someone explain why VMCA decreases as pressure altitude increases?

lets say that you're starting from an airport at 8000 ft elevation, the take-off speed will be higher, then the VMCA should also be higher because of the decreased density...???

The VMCA decreases becouse at higher altitudes the engine will be less efficient
