I don t think so, you must apply to jeppview and subscribe and than you have access with updates by net, is expensive , best option is to find someone o have the original disc but you are allowed to have and loud charts for 28 days after that the system not open again ,

If you want to see UK plates, log onto AIS.

You will need to register, and once in you can look at all plates for all
UK airports. These are the state produed plates, and not the commercial version, but the information is the same.
