So at 60 degrees, cos.60 = .5
Inverse is 2. (Also 2G) Root 2= (approx) 1.4> stall speed increases 40%.
75 degrees, cos .25, inverse 4 (Also 4g) root = 2. Stall speed doubles. Which coincidentally is why Va on most light aircraft is usually about double the stall speed. The aircraft stalls before it is able to exceed the G limit of between 3.8 and 4.4, depending on category.
